If you encounter issues with the E8 Markets terminal, the steps below resolve the most common problems. For anything beyond this guide, official support channels are always available.

Use this reference view when checking whether the chart, order panel, header links, and sign-in controls are loading correctly.
Q: The chart is not loading or appears blank — what should I do?
A: First, refresh the page (F5 or ⌘ + R). If the chart still doesn't load, clear your browser cache and try again. The TradingView-powered chart requires a stable internet connection — check your connectivity if the issue persists. Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge) are recommended for best compatibility.
Q: My order was not executed — why?
A: For Market Orders, execution failures are rare but can occur if your Free Margin is insufficient or the market is closed (e.g., a Stock CFD outside trading hours). For Limit Orders, the order stays pending until the market price reaches your specified level — it has not been executed yet, not failed.
Q: The Quick Search (⌘ + K) is not responding — what's wrong?
A: Make sure the browser window is in focus (click anywhere on the page first). Some browser extensions can intercept keyboard shortcuts — try temporarily disabling them or using the Search bar in the sidebar directly.
Q: My account stats (Balance, Equity) seem incorrect — what should I check?
A: Ensure you are viewing the correct account (Demo vs. Live) in the account selector. UP&L fluctuates with open positions, which affects EQTY but not BAL. If figures still appear incorrect after a page refresh, use the Feedback form to report the discrepancy.
Q: Where can I find the official documentation?
A: Click the Docs link in the top header bar at any time. The documentation covers platform features, trading rules, account parameters, and program-specific guidelines in detail.
Q: How do I submit a bug report or feature request?
