Q: What is the E8 Markets Trading Terminal?
A: The E8 Markets Trading Terminal is a professional web-based platform for trading Forex, Stocks, Futures, Crypto, and CFDs. It runs entirely in your browser — no download needed — and provides real-time charts powered by TradingView, a full order panel, account analytics, and community tools.
Q: What is the difference between a Demo Account and a Live Account?
A: A Demo Account uses simulated funds (e.g., $100,000) so you can practice trading without risking real money. All features — charts, order types, risk metrics — work identically to a Live Account. Use the Demo to learn the platform before committing to Live Account.
Q: How do I log in to the terminal?
A: Visit trade.e8markets.com and sign in with your E8 Markets credentials. Sign in button is in upper right corner. Once authenticated, you are taken directly to the Trade section with your active account (Demo or Live) pre-loaded.

Q: How do I switch between a Demo and Live Account?
A: Your current account type is shown at the top of the left sidebar (e.g., "Demo Account · $101,996"). If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you can switch between them from the account selector in that same area or via Settings (G → S).

Use the left sidebar to move between Trade, Markets, Analytics, Leaderboard, Globe, and Settings.
Q: What are the main sections of the terminal interface?
A: The terminal is organized into six navigation sections accessible from the left sidebar:
| Icon | Section | Shortcut |
|---|---|---|
| TRD | Trade (main chart + order panel) | G → T |
| MKT | Markets (symbol browser) | — |
| ANL | Analytics (account performance) | — |
| LDR | Leaderboard | G → L |
| GLB | Globe (global market overview) | G → G |
| SET | Settings | G → S |
Q: Where can I find the official documentation and submit feedback?
A: Two links are always visible in the top header bar: Docs (opens the official documentation) and Feedback (opens a Typeform survey). You can also reach them at any time without leaving your current view.

The top header keeps Search, Docs, Feedback, layout controls, theme toggle, and sign-in access available.
